Our mission is to equip and support aspiring mental health professionals by providing an enriching environment where they can grow, learn, and ultimately thrive in their careers.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and faith-based practice where you’ll gain hands-on experience while pursuing your licensure.
Who We Supervise
Practicum Students: Begin your journey into the mental health field with hands-on experience, individual supervision, and group learning.
Internship Students: Receive comprehensive training and support as you advance your skills and prepare for licensure.
Dependently Licensed Clinicians: Get the clinical support you need to grow in your practice and work toward full licensure.
Independently Licensed Clinicians: We offer ongoing consultation and supervision to independently licensed clinicians, fostering continued professional growth and supporting your ability to navigate complex cases, ethical dilemmas, and clinical development.

What You’ll Experience

Engage in Peer Consultation: Participate in regular staff meetings and peer consultations to enhance your clinical work, learn from others’ experiences, and build a strong professional support network.
Exposure to Diverse Clinical Specialties: You will gain experience across a variety of populations and clinical specialties, allowing you to decide which areas you feel most passionate about and want to specialize in as you move forward in your career.
Opportunities to Lead Groups: Take part in group therapy, where you have the opportunity to co-lead or facilitate, gaining valuable experience in this setting. You’ll also be invited to attend speaking engagements and community or church events, furthering your exposure to real-world therapeutic practice.
