“I’m a Counselor Trainee at Rivertown Wellness, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion and support. My background as a Registered Nurse for 34 years has given me a deep understanding of the connection between mental and physical well-being, which is why I’m now pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Healing happens in a safe and accepting space where you feel truly heard and valued. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, focusing on practical tools and strategies tailored to your unique needs. I can also integrate faith-based principles into our work if that aligns with your beliefs. Whether you’re facing a major life transition, relationship struggles, or emotional distress, I will walk alongside you with encouragement and guidance.
My family heritage has deep roots in military service. My grandfather, father, husband, and son are combat Veterans. In addition, my husband is a retired law enforcement officer. With my experience working in emergency and trauma, I profoundly respect first responders, healthcare workers, and their family members. Simply put, I get it.
My husband and I have been married for 34 years. We have two amazing adult sons, a daughter-in-law, and three wonderful grandkids. I enjoy game nights, traveling, relaxing by the fire pit, hiking, and exploring new coffee shops.
You don’t have to face your challenging season alone. We can work toward greater clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose together. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to healing and wholeness.”
