“As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I see my role as someone who journeys with you through the struggle as we walk towards wellness together. It is my heart's desire to see those around me flourish, and I would count it an honor to be invited into your story.

I specialize in providing mental health counseling for individuals of all ages, including adults, teens and young adults. Within sessions, I incorporate over 15 years of experience working alongside adolescents and their parents as well as 5 years mentoring and walking alongside young adults. It is my passion to incorporate coping skills, emotional regulation techniques and self-esteem insights within my strengths-based approach. Through collaborative, empathetic, and client-focused counseling, I support you as a unique individual as we move towards your specific goal(s).

I have lived in Cincinnati with my husband and our cat, Wallace, for seven years.Mental health counseling is my second career; previously, I have worked in education and church ministry. I enjoy rollerblading, baking, painting, laughing, reading a good book, and traveling.”
