“I was born in Cincinnati but have lived in Cincinnati for the last ten years. I moved here after finishing my bachelor's in 2010 from Ozark Christian College. I have had the privilege of working with clients in the private practice setting since 2015. My passion for counseling grew out of my desire to help individuals grow and heal. In my downtime, I like to spend time with friends and family, bake, and explore new coffee shops.

I received my education and training in counseling from Cincinnati Christian University. I am a licensed professional Counselor in Ohio and Kentucky. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Liberty University. I am certified as an EMDR clinician. I have extensive experience and knowledge in working with diverse individuals in a variety of settings. Some of the issues I have worked with are grief, depression, anxiety, identity issues, relationship issues, and trauma.

In counseling, I strive to build a safe and trusting relationship between my client and me. I believe that it is within this safe relationship that "scary" obstacles hindering well-being can be explored and overcome. My approach to counseling is working collaboratively with the clients to discover and accomplish their intended goals. As a counselor, my goal in counseling is to meet the client where they are and together discover strategies best fit to address the client's individual goals.”
