“Growing up and living in Cincinnati, I have always been inspired by the endless amount of creative expression through art and design that this city has to offer and participate in. I followed this passion all the way to college and graduated from the Art Academy of Cincinnati with my BFA in Visual Communication and Design. Fresh out of college, I went to work as a Branding Strategist at GE Aviation where I learned the value of growing and maintaining an “in-house” brand. In 2017, I decided to start a new chapter and create my own freelancing business, Lauren Hanson Design, to help small businesses and start-ups create their own brand identity. I left GE to care for my children full time while shaping the Rivertown Wellness brand, and I’ve never looked back!

It has been such a joy and privilege to help Rivertown Wellness build its brand from the ground up and be able to develop creative ways to teach about the importance of mental health. I believe the content we choose to consume plays a big part in our mental health and I strive to create a safe, helpful and creative environment to encourage growth within clients.

When I’m not working, I can be found running, hiking a great trail (usually with kids in tow), enjoying an art museum or having great conversation and laughs with good friends.”
