“I have completed my master’s degree from Liberty University at their School of Behavioral Sciences in Clinical Mental Health. As a clinician, it is an honor to study under the supervision of Cody Hanson and alongside the Rivertown Wellness Team. My goal is to utilize treatment approaches that are evidence-based and uniquely tailored to each client.
I was raised in the Louisville, Kentucky area and moved to Cincinnati with my family in 2005. This led me to work with diverse populations in professional roles and strive to better the area I call home. Beyond clinical work, I serve as a student ministry director and have previously been a children’s ministry director at a local Cincinnati area church. I deeply love my husband of more than 20 years, children, music of all kinds, interior design, and finding beauty in the everyday.
Over the last 10 years, I have had many unique opportunities contributing to my passion for helping others and my clinical approach – from developing wellness support groups and mentoring teens to leading teams of volunteers toward better communication and unity. I truly believe that personal growth results from empowering connections rooted in safety, authenticity, vulnerability, and mutual respect. In addition to being a non-judgmental, compassionate listener, I am a collaborative strength-builder and problem-solver. Known for using humor, psychoeducation, metaphors, and the creative arts in sessions, I feel strongly about creating a safe, warm, and inviting environment for clients to process and speak about their trauma or background stories. Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued.”
Kasia’s strengths include a welcoming spirit, creativity, kindness, love of learning, social intelligence, and the ability to see the bigger picture in life.
