The best way to make an appointment is to call our office directly or book online by clicking here. Please note our counselors answer the phone directly and are often times in session with a client. Please leave a voicemail and we will return your call as promptly as possible. West Chester Office

The entrance to Suite 105 is a separate entrance around the back of the building. There is usually parking around the back so you shouldn't have to walk far. Feel free to call your therapist on the day of your appointment should you need further direction. Once you arrive, please have a seat in the waiting room and you will be met at your start time. Feel free to make yourself some coffee or tea while you wait.
College Hill Office

The counseling center in College Hill is a white/beige house with a maroon awning right behind College Hill Presbyterian Church. There is a separate entrance off of Groesbeck Road with a few parking spots right outside the building. If it's full, you can park in the church's main lot off of Hamilton Avenue and walk straight through the atrium, and back outside, to the white house. You'll enter the first door, buzz in at the second door and someone will greet you. Once inside, please have a seat in the waiting room and you will be met at your start time.
